I received the wrong item(s) in my order, what do i do now?
A. If you have received an incorrect item(s) in your order, kindly send us an email at eliteteam@elitebreed.co with your order number and a snapshot of the inaccurate item. We shall promptly dispatch the right item along with a prepaid return label to facilitate the return of the erroneous item.
Where's my exchange?
A. Please allow a duration of 3-7 business days from the date of our warehouse's receipt of your package for us to process your return or exchange request. You will receive an email notification once we have completed the requested transaction. International return/exchange requests may take up to 7-10 days for processing after receiving your item/s.
How long will it take for customer service to respond?
A. Our customer service team operates from Monday to Friday, and we endeavor to respond within 1-3 business days.
I would like to edit my order, how do i do that?
A. We regret to inform you that we are unable to modify an order once it has been placed. Nevertheless, we can attempt to cancel your order before shipping it so that you may place another order with all the desired items. Please forward your order number to eliteteam@elitebreed.co to proceed with the cancellation or modification of your order.
My tracking information says my package was delivered but I have not received my package. What do I do now?
A. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please wait for a day as the courier service may sometimes deliver late. If you have waited long enough, please email eliteteam@elitebreed.co for further guidance. Please note that once the package is in the courier's possession, we have no control over the delivery schedule, workforce, or employees.
What's the best way to find out about restocked items?
A. To stay up-to-date on our restocked items, we recommend following us on Instagram and Facebook, and subscribing to our mailing list. Alternatively, you may register your email address on our website's product page of interest to be notified when the specific item is restocked.
What’s the best way to wash my EBA gear?
A. To ensure the best care of your EBA gear, we advise washing it in cold or warm water and drying it by machine or air-drying.
