Shipping/Returns

 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please allow 1-4 business days for orders to be processed before it ships. During sales and holidays allow 7-10 business days for processing before shipment. Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within 1-2 business days after the above processing time, please check your spam folder. Shipping rates are based on weight, destination, and method, and we charge you only what we pay.

U.S.

Customers within the U.S. may choose from a range of shipping options with USPS, FedEx, and UPS. All shipments to PO boxes will be shipped via USPS. Shipments within the US are estimated to take 3-5 business days in transit. See checkout for full list of precisely calculated shipping rates. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance. EBA is not responsible for delays caused by the post office or lost packages due to address errors.

International

International customers may choose from a range of shipping options with FedEx and UPS Mail Innovations. International packages are estimated to take 5-30 business days; however, faster options are available. See checkout for full list of precisely calculated shipping rates. Complications with delivery are rare, but please contact the shipping carrier to handle these issues. Once the shipment has left our facilities, we are unable to offer assistance. EBA is not responsible for delays caused by the post office or lost packages due to address errors.


*Duties and taxes* are the responsibility of the customer and will be due at the time of delivery. If you do not pay the fees, your package will be returned to EBA and we will refund you the cost of the order excluding shipping.

 

 Returns:

You may return most items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

PRE-SALE | PRE-ORDER:

Ordering EBA gear before it is officially available (pre-ordering), you're placing your order with the understanding that it will be shipped later. All items marked "Pre-Sale" or "Pre-Order" are fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 weeks of your original purchase date. You will have already paid (in full) for and reserved yours in advance. We will notify you by email once your order has been shipped.

 

Please note* if you have purchased non Pre-Sale items with your Pre-Sale order, all products will ship within 4-16 weeks with your Pre-Sale items.
